Entrusted Educational Leaders, LLC was started from a sheer desire to provide experiences and opportunities to promote continuous growth and change in schools. There was no fancy business plan that started this work. The plan was simply to use educators' talents to support teachers and campuses to ensure student growth.
Dr. Kabrina Johnson, owner, has 20+ years of experience in education, some of which included teaching overseas. She has experience at three school levels as a teacher, instructional leader, and campus administrator. Her most recent experience was at the district-level. Through her experiences, she has taken the lead in curriculum development and implementation, planning and providing professional development experiences, developing plans of action based on various types of data for individual teachers, teams, campuses, and departments. These experiences have given her the skills to improve education at various levels, and she has a track record of success with departments she has worked with, as well as individual educators that credit her for helping them find their own way in education.
Kabrina is looking forward to campuses entrusting Entrusted Educational Leaders to assist in building a culture of collaboration among educators to promote student achievement and professional growth of educators.
The core belief that embodies all that she does is personal development. Kabrina believes the ability to gain successes and fulfillment in her life only comes through her own personal development. Through her self-development, she is constantly transforming and improving. And her improvement leads to the improvement of others.

Because she has a strong desire for personal development, she believes that all people should develop their potential fully. Her goal as a teacher and leader has and will always be to develop the potential and talents of others, helping others gather new information, new knowledge, skills, and behaviors. As someone who has led adults for many years, the work has been about improving practices through evaluating practices and problem solving. While it is an easy task to simply give the answers (and sometimes that is necessary), she believes in working with others so they take part in the process- reflecting, evaluating, problem solving, and implementing. Kabrina believes the collaborative process truly helps people engage in the learning and supports their growth.
